Spring is in full swing and this time of year always gives me an urge to clear things out and to take stock.

But for me, that spring cleaning process is more than just decluttering and reorganizing. It’s also a time for me to reassess what I’m doing in my business, what worked and what didn’t in the first quarter, whether I need to make some changes or if there is something new I’d like to add to my services or do in my business.
