One way to draw attention to these specials is by posting an Offer on your Google Business profile. Offers are specifically intended to be promotional, in contrast to Updates, which are intended to be informational.

One advantage to Offers is that anyone who is searching for your law firm, company or business can see your active promotions right in the search results.
Many lawyers tell me that they don’t get their best business from Google search, and that their best clients come from referrals. But the reality is that even when a referral has been made, it is likely that the potential client will look you up on Google. When those searching you see an offer relevant to the problem they’re seeking help with, they may be more likely to contact you.
Google Business Offers Details
When you post an Offer, you must include a start and end date for the offer. Each offer can last no longer than 12 months and can include a photo, video, description, coupon code, link, and terms and conditions. You will also have the opportunity to include a “View offer” action button.
The offer must be related to your business, or Google may not allow it.
- Media size: Uploaded media must meet the following size requirements: minimum 400 × 300 pixels and 10 KB size limit, and maximum 10000 × 10000 pixels and 25 MB size limit.
- Photo and video format: Photos must be in either JPG or PNG format
